1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jiliace ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the jiliace website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Account Registration

• Each player is permitted to hold only one jiliace account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

3 Deposits & Payments

Jiliace supports deposits through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the mobile banking services most widely used in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the jiliace wallet page.

• Deposits on jiliace are processed instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that belong to you. Using another person's bKash or Nagad account is not permitted.
• Jiliace does not charge fees for deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4 Withdrawals

• All jiliace bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonuses that are not wagered within this period will expire.
• Jiliace bonuses are intended for personal use only. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered abuse and will result in account closure.

• In the event of a dispute about a bonus, the jiliace support team's decision is final.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on jiliace use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. This means that every spin, every card dealt, and every result is completely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the platform or the player.

• Game outcomes on jiliace are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after they have been placed and the game round has started.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, jiliace will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. If a round cannot be completed, the bet amount will be returned to your account.

In such cases, jiliace may also withhold any funds held in the account pending investigation.

• Accounts may be suspended without prior notice if jiliace has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these terms.
• Players whose accounts have been suspended will be notified by email or through the jiliace platform and given an opportunity to respond.
• If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
• Players may request the closure of their own jiliace account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account.
• Jiliace will not reopen accounts that have been closed due to self-exclusion requests until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

9 Privacy & Data
